Hi LoliRock fans. Here is a new Behind the scenes video, on the musical clip “BFF”.
“BFF” was our second song & clip. It was supposed to be more a “ballad” (in LoliRock style) compared to the energic “Revolution”. The challenge for the storyboarder was to give a different sort of energy and cuteness in this clip.
At this time, since we only had two songs, we were still testing things : with the outfits, the music, the staging, etc. That’s why this clip is quite different from the others four.
In the end, it seems we did a good job since today it’s our clip the most watched on youtube. However, Jun, the storyboarder hated us since he kept the song in his head for month even after he finished his job.
Sorry about that, and thank you for your hard work Jun ! ;)

Salut les fans de LoliRock. Voici un nouveau “making-of” sur le clip “BFF” (ou “BFF : Amies pour la vie” en version française)
“BFF” est notre deuxième chanson & clip. Comparée à l’énergique “Revolution”, “BFF” devait être plus calme, c’est presque la “ballade” des LoliRock. Le challenge pour le storyboarder était donc de donner une autre sortie d’énergie et d’attrait à ce clip.
A ce moment là, vu que nous n’avions encore que deux chansons, nous testions encore beaucoup de choses : vis à vis des tenues de concert, la musique elle-même, la mise en scène, etc. C’est pour ça que ce clip est assez différent des quatre autres.
Au final, on dirait qu’on a plutôt réussi notre coup vu qu’aujourd’hui c’est notre clip le plus vu sur youtube. Cela dit, Jun, le storyboarder nous a détesté après cela car il a gardé la chansons en tête pendant plusieurs mois même après avoir terminé son travail.
Désolé Jun, mais merci encore pour ton super travail ! ;)
